This month, we're excited to introduce you to Michelle St. Pierre. Michelle has been a CGC member since 2016 and brings her passion for fitness with her to every workout. She enjoys many activities around the CGC - from running/walking on the Track, to sweating it out at Cardio Combat and Pumped classes. Michelle also likes to work out in the Fitness Centre and when you run into her, you will always see an enthusiastic smile on her face.
