2015 Fall Drop-in Group Fitness Schedule is here!

Our 2015 Fall Drop-in Group Schedule is hot off the presses and packed with a lot of great options to keep you healthy and committed to your fitness goals this fall. The fall schedule will start on Tuesday, September 8th, 2015 and take us through to December 30th, exclusive of holidays – we will post special schedules for holidays online and within the Centre in advance.
Copies of the fall schedule are also available at the Customer Service Desk.
Low Intensity Fitness Therapy
You may have noticed that our Low Intensity Fitness Therapy class is no longer listed on the Drop-in Group Fitness schedule. Based on participant and instructor feedback, we’ve made it a registered program instead (as listed in the Fall 2015 Program Guide). Because this class is designed to help participants with physical limitations due to illness, injury or disuse, changing it to a program means we can ensure more individual attention related to participant needs. It also means the program will have more of a progression for participants and their fitness and mobility. Click here to register online.
What’s the difference between CGC’s Registered Fitness Programs and the Drop-in Group Fitness Classes included in your membership or day pass?
Registered Fitness Programs
Registered programs are designed for the participant who wishes to progress over the course of a program. Led by our certified instructors, these programs are smaller in size allowing for more specialized training and attention to help you reach your goals. Registered programs are not included in membership fees, but members do receive a discounted rate. Spaces are limited, so pre-registration is required. Drop-In Group Fitness Classes
More than 40 Drop-In Fitness Classes a week are included in your membership or day pass. If you’re looking to cross-train or to try something new, these classes are designed for all fitness levels (unless otherwise noted). Zumba, aquafit, interval training, yoga, and more – pick your favourites from our Drop-in Group Fitness Schedule available online or at the Customer Service Desk.
