Happy Long Weekend!
Here’s what going on at the CGC for Victoria Day Long Weekend (May 15th – May 18th):
Friday, May 15th
- Facility hours as usual 5:30am-10pm
- No registered programs (including swim lessons)*
- Child Minding – regular hours
- Field House closed from 2:30pm-8pm for 2015 Rope Skipping Canada National Championships
- No changes to Aquatics Schedule
- No changes to Friday’s Drop-in Fitness Schedule
Saturday, May 16th
- Facility hours as usual 7am-10pm
- No registered programs (including swim lessons)*
- Child Minding – regular hours
- Field House closed for 2015 Rope Skipping Canada National Championships
- No changes to Aquatics Schedule
- Drop-in fitness classes running, but some relocated:
- 9:15am Zumba Conditioning Blast – Track (starting blocks)
- 10:30am Tabata – Track (starting blocks)
Sunday, May 17th
- Facility hours as usual 7am-10pm
- No registered programs (including swim lessons)*
- Child Minding – regular hours
- Field House closed for 2015 Rope Skipping Canada National Championships
- No changes to Aquatics Schedule
- Drop-in fitness classes running, but some relocated:
- 9:15am Step – Fitness Studio II (yoga studio)
Victoria Day, Monday May 18th
- Facility holiday hours 8am-8pm
- No registered programs (including swim lessons)*
- Child Minding – holiday hours 9am-1:15pm and 5pm-8pm
- Field House closed for 2015 Rope Skipping Canada National Championships
- Open Swim from 8am-8pm; Water Slides from 1pm-7:45pm, Diving Boards (1m) 1pm-4pm, (3m) 2pm-4pm; Giant Inflatable in the water from 10am-12pm.
- Only the following Drop-in Fitness Classes are running:
- 9am Shallow Aquafit – Competition Pool
- 9:15am Calorie Kicker – Track (Starting Blocks)
- 10:30am 50+ Club – Track (Starting Blocks)
- 12:15pm CardioKick Hiit – Track (Starting Blocks)
- 1pm Combo Aquafit – Competition Pool
- 6pm Core Essentials – Track (Starting Blocks)
- 7pm Pump’d – Track (Starting Blocks)

Victoria Day Long Weekend has been accounted for in your program start and end dates, so there are no make-up classes to worry about.
